Training Programme for Office Superintendents/Supervisors
A training programme for 80 Office Superintendents/Supervisors was organized at the Lecture Theatre of the Ministry of Civil Service Affairs and Administrative Reforms from 27 September to 08 October 2004.
The objectives of the programme were:
  • To make Office Superintendents and Office Supervisors conscious of their roles and functions in the provision of quality support services.
  • To equip the learners with the required skills and competencies in order to help them perform more effectively and efficiently.
  • To help them develop the right mindset in the discharge of their duties.
The topics covered were:
