Training Programme for officers of the Executive Cadre in Rodrigues
The Ministry of Civil Service Affairs and Administrative Reforms in collaboration with the Rodrigues Regional Assembly organised a 3-day training programme for officers of the Executive Cadre in Rodrigues from 13 to Wednesday 15 September 2004 at the Human Resource Centre, Malabar, Rodrigues.
The objectives of the programme were:
  • To make participants aware of the importance of human resource management and development within the new Performance Management Framework
  • To equip them with the necessary reporting skills and abilities in order to communicate more effectively
  • To help them understand the process of communication/public relations in developing effective interpersonal skills and identifying techniques for dealing with grievances/conflicts
