Assisting the Senior Chief Executive in the general administration of the Ministry including:

 

Finance

- Coordinating the Budget Proposal Exercise

- Coordinating and Monitoring the Non-Financial Programme Based Budgeting (PBB)

 

Stores

- Procurement

- Tender exercise

- Departmental Tender Board

 

Transport/Vehicles

- Ensure optimum use of vehicles and manage transport requirements

 

Accommodation

- Ensure that officers of the Ministry are properly accommodated/ equipped

- Purchase of IT equipment

 

Gender Focal Point

- Act as liaison officer with Ministry of Gender equality, Child Development and Family Welfare​​​​​​
